Wonderful cakes and very good savoury food with a Ukrainian twist, vegetarians catered for too, soups, crepes, croissants and big choice of excellent coffees and teas. Lovely airy place, run by a charming Ukranian family. Great addition to Cirencester.

A delightful little haven! We stopped in for a quick iced coffee and hot chocolate while tending to our little one, and were instantly charmed. The cakes on display were absolutely irresistible, and the apple pastry? Pure perfection - a sweet, satisfying treat. But the real magic was the hot chocolate; the exquisite froth art was a beautiful, unexpected touch. A truly lovely experience from start to finish.

We had such a great discover today by finding this amazing coffee shop. The service was exceptional, the food is delicious and the place is so welcoming and friendly. I had a lovely chat with the owners who explained the concept of this great place and I was really impressed by the drive and the motivation. It has become now my number1 place in the area with no doubt. Looking forward for the best visit there very soon, already miss the chebureki and the varenniki

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The food includes a variety of cakes and pastries, is unique and a welcome addition to this end of the cotswolds. It is an amazing independent spot for one of the best selections of coffee, right on the high street. I could not recommend the Phoenix cafe more.

What a lovely place to visit. We just wanted coffee and cake and were not disappointed at all. I had the honey cake which brought back memories of my childhood ( my Dad was Polish so very similar food to Ukraine ) . The staff were so friendly. There was a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely head for there next time I visit Cirencester
